The hotel was fairly clean. Had standard twin room with biggg windows and TV, as example. Polite and good people working here. Good and excellent location, right next to Otowa Park. Located minutes from a subway station, easy to get everywhere.

The location was good and great, around 10-15 minutes walk from a prominent Shinto shrine. It also was close to station. The queen room I was given was complete with TV and ceiling windows, as for instance.
I didn't find cab, so was a little disappointed.

My favorite property in Fukuoka. Unique base for staying in the middle of Fukuoka. Convenient location in the middle of jackson and very very helpful and polite staff. Short walk to Hakata Station and shopping centers.

We had a great stay in this hotel with excellent transportation links and a perfect location close to shopping centres. The breakfast provided was good with a wide variety of Japanese and western options. We liked the large and clean room with a hot shower and good customer service from the staff.
